Team members with dark personalities cause most of the damage in teams and organizations. 1 out of every five people has a dark personality disorder that cannot be changed. In the corporate world, there are 4 times as many dark personalities. 

Dynamics can also be dysfunctional when team members do not get along, fail to communicate clearly, or are working at cross purposes. For relationships to work, each individual must have a good relationship with self. Often times limiting and false beliefs get in the way.
